Welcome to Brentwood, TN

A charming suburban community with fantastic amenities.

Brentwood is a highly desirable suburb of Nashville, nestled within scenic Williamson County. This affluent community is situated at the intersection of state Route 254 and U.S. Routes 31 and 66. Downtown Nashville is ten miles north of Brentwood; Nashville International Airport, Radnor Lake State Park, and the shopping and dining of Franklin’s CoolSprings Galleria are mere minutes away. There is also an abundance of shops, restaurants, and outdoor recreation spaces in Brentwood itself.

Brentwood’s real estate is an eclectic mix of architectural styles. Grand contemporary custom-built homes offer beautiful designs inside and out. Some of the most sought-after properties overlook the golfing greens of Brentwood Country Club, while others back onto creeks and tranquil open spaces. In addition, there are established neighborhoods of remodeled 20th-century single-family homes, along with undeveloped tracts that provide a blank canvas for those who want to create their own dream home.
