Bellevue

Located just outside of Nashville, Bellevue is a popular spot for hiking, antiquing, and good southern cooking. Bellevue is home to two of the largest and most popular parks in Nashville, Edwin and Percy Warner Parks, which sport hiking trails, cross country courses, and an equestrian center. The Warner Parks also hosts one of Nashville's most elite horse races, the Iroquois Steeplechase. Bellevue One Place is your one stop destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The Loveless Cafe is located in Bellevue and is known for its world-famous biscuits and jam.

 

Like many of Nashville’s outer limits, you’ll find a large variety of homes in a number of price ranges, from the multi-million dollar estates along Highway 100 to the more affordable homes in the area’s newer subdivisions.
